 Wilson LaGraize,CPA, is a 1965 graduate of Louisiana State University. His background includes experience locally in tax preparation work for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and real estate investments, as well as audit experience in both private and governmental sectors. He is experienced in litigation support, forensics, reasonable compensation, personnel searches, business valuations, and other management consulting engagements. He is a member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American College of Forensic Examiners (ACFEI).

 Craig M. Fabacher, CPA � Tax Partner- Graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He joined Kushner LaGraize in 1989 and was admitted as a partner in 1995. With over 25 year experience, Craig�s primary areas of practice include tax and business planning and consulting services for closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. Related professional experience at the Internal Revenue Service from 1984 to 1989. Craig is also responsible for overseeing income tax dispute resolutions with federal, state and local tax officials for our clients. Member, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants (LCPA), and former member of the Taxation Committee. Guest Lecturer on various tax issues.

 Douglas Finegan CPA, CVA is a graduate of Louisiana State University and has practiced public accounting ever since. After several years with national firms, Doug joined Kushner LaGraize in 1988 and has been a partner since 1995. Doug serves clients in a variety of areas with special expertise in accounting and assurance related services. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst and has qualified as an accounting expert witness in Federal courts and provided expert testimony at trial. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Doug has and continues to serve on numerous civic and philanthropic boards and committees in the New Orleans area.
